5-axis traveling column machines, Hurco vertical milling centers, and DMG Mori horizontal milling centers give us the versatility to support everything from prototypes to high-volume orders. Our milling capabilities accommodate complex parts up to 570″ × 144″ × 59″ and weighing up to 40 tons.

Equipment redundancy in our milling department helps maintain consistent production and reduce downtime. Paired with our overhead crane system, which allows us to safely handle heavy, oversized components, we’re proud to offer one of the largest milling capacities in the Midwest.
