Built Around Your Production
A project may begin with a bottleneck, an inconsistent process, a labor-intensive step, a new product, or the need to replace aging equipment. Before recommending a direction, we take the time to understand what needs to be produced, how material moves through the facility, which operations need to be completed, and what a successful outcome looks like.
The solution may be a focused standalone machine or a multi-step system with material handling, controls, and process automation. When new equipment must connect with an existing line, the surrounding workflow is considered as part of the design.
Depending on the application, a Progressive machine may cut, size, trim, profile, route, drill, notch, cope, tenon, sand, feed, transfer, or combine several operations into one coordinated system. Our equipment supports a wide range of building products and materials, including wood, engineered panels, fiberglass, composites, aluminum, plastic sheet, laminates, and insulation.
The machines you’ll see here are a starting point, not the limit of what we can build. Existing designs can often be customized for a different product, process, material, or production goal.

Testing before shipment
Customers are invited to review progress during the build, and Factory Acceptance Testing is completed before the equipment leaves our facility.
Installation and support
Our involvement does not end when the machine ships. We provide installation, training, parts, troubleshooting, and ongoing service to help keep equipment performing.
